We can only accept small dog breeds.

We are currently accepting overnight bookings for January, April, June, July and December only. Contact us asap to book as we get booked out months in advance.

We can send pictures and video footage of your furbaby directly to you during the day. We also frequently post stories on the cocoandthepets Instagram and Facebook pages so you know what activities they are getting up to with their fur friends.

We only provide full-day day care service. This is to limit the interruptions throughout the day so that the dogs are settled and enjoying the daily activities and events we provide for longer. Drop-off time is 7am-9:30am.

Drop-off is between 7am and 9:30am. Pick-up is between 3pm and 6pm. Day care is available Mon-Fri.

We don't currently offer a discount if you have more than one dog per household to book in. This is because we have a limited capacity of booking slots per day. The price reflects 1 day care slot per dog per day, or 1 overnight slot per dog per night.

Currently we do not charge a higher rate for the doggy birthday parties and other events we host. The prices are typically the standard day care/overnight prices however there may be certain events such as those on public holidays that might be at a higher rate. We try to advertise this well in advance. Please contact us to ask about any specific events/parties you'd like your furbaby to attend. We post details about upcoming parties/events on the cocoandthepets Instagram and Facebook pages.

Male dogs 5 months or older must be desexed to attend Coco and the Pets.

To ensure the safety of the dogs and the owners we do not offer meet-and-greets. On your dog’s first day, we will meet you at the drop-off entrance for a brief introduction and chat. We then take your furbaby to the doggy studio to carefully introduce them to the rest of the pack in a safe, controlled environment. We then assess your dog by watching their behaviour closely throughout the day to determine if they are suitable for ongoing attendance at Coco and the Pets. Our priority is to ensure that each and every dog does not feel stressed. The first day however can be a little overwhelming which is normal. It sometimes takes dogs multiple visits before they become confident and settled into a social, day care environment. We of course provide you with frequent updates about their progress and activities on the day.

The dogs sleep in our doggy studio which is inside our house. Coco also sleeps in the doggy studio so that the dogs are never left unattended. We have set out the studio in a comfortable and adaptable way with a large sofa bed, multiple luxurious dog beds and comfy chairs with steps to avoid big jumps (especially for Dachshunds as they are susceptible to back injuries). The studio can also accommodate dog crates if your dog is crate trained and you would prefer for your dog to sleep in a crate. We do our best to keep your dog in their normal routine.
